The Man of Screen Podcast Episode 196 – The Adventures of Superboy: The Kryptonite Kid/The Basement

In episode 196 of the Man of Screen podcast, Mike Zummo is going to cover his first standalone episodes of Season 4 of “The Adventures of Superboy”, bringing a pair of episodes that are of mixed quality.

The first time were going to go back to the DC Comics team of Andy Helfer and Mike Carlin as they spin a yarn about a young scientist, who tries to help Superboy defeat his weakness to kryptonite. There will be tragic accidents. There will be lead. There will be musical notes.

Yep, Gerard Christopher plays a dual role in “The Kryptonite Kid”.

And then were going to go forward and downward into the lower level of someones home, where what seems to be a child is some kind of alien being that we know nothing about, other than it has the ability to change shapes and harass Lana.

Lana went to investigate and lets see what she finds in “The Basement”.
