In this episode of Hope of All Trades, Angel and I tackle part two of our Winter Soldier podcast! We take a look at Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow), the spy of all spies Nick Fury, and Sam Wilson (Falcon)!<\/p>\n
For Natasha, we love how this is the first time we’re really seeing her character. We talk about her friendship with Steve, compare her to her counterpart in Avengers Assemble, and ponder if they’ll bring in Bucky and Natasha’s relationship from the comics.<\/p>\n
After pointing out multiple times what a badass Fury is, we have a deep talk about how we want to see a one shot of young Fury training in SHIELD. We wonder if he would still be discriminated against in this time shortly after the Civil Rights movement.<\/p>\n
We loved Sam. We loved his relationship with Steve and want him back for more. We agree that if Sam and Bucky come back in a movie together, Sam would be the perfect choice to help Bucky heal. In fact, he’d be the perfect therapist for the Avengers.<\/p>\n
Then we had a few tangents throughout the episode:<\/p>\n
-We discussed how we want a one shot with Hawkeye based on the Matt Fraction and David Aja comics. I also go off on how it pisses me off there’s no merchandise for Clint<\/p>\n
-We question how much influence Hydra had on the Battle of New York<\/p>\n
-We discuss Rhodey’s role in Avengers 2<\/p>\n
-And we do our Steve, Fury, Thor, and Loki voices<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
