In episode 40 of The Man of Screen podcast, its the penultimate episode of Mike Zummos coverage of the second season of The Adventures of Superman.
First, Jimmy is going to house sit at his mothers deaf friends apartment while his mother is away.
Putting aside why Jimmy isnt housesitting his own place, what are they mysterious noises Jimmy is hearing? Whats with the guy with the scar? Why is the man at the bus stop wearing huge glasses?
But is any of it really happening? Or has Jimmy cried “wolf” once too often? Come, meet the “Lady in Black”.
Then, lets go to the auction and feel the stupid as a scientist plops down big bucks on a box with unknown contents that may be cursed. But do you believe in curses? Even if you dont, the box will still take you out. And if someone tells you not to open the box, what will you do? Youre going to open the box, arent you?
