Tales of the Justice Society of America – Episode #74: JUNE, 1984

GET READY FOR THE EPISODE THE ICICLE HIMSELF DIDN’T WANT YOU TO HEAR!!!!

That’s right, folks. This episode was finished and ready to go out the door when an ice storm hit the area where Mike lives and knocked out his power — for three days!! One of those days was Friday, our normal release day, which means that the nefarious Icicle, long time villain of Justice Society, must have been responsible. It’s the only explanation that makes any sense!

…or maybe it’s winter and such things just happen… Either way, Scott and Mike are still blaming the Icicle.

The guys continue their look at both the past and the even-further-back-there past this time out in an episode that was recorded about a year ago!! (So if some of the references they make seem a little dated that’s why)

Their first book is ALL-STAR SQUADRON #34, where the All-Stars face off against Tsunami — which means tidal wave apparently. Word on the street, or at least the cover, is that it also means death.
