Once again we delve back into 1985 for some more Transformers goodness. In “Autobot Run”, the Decepticons create a ray that locks the Autobots into vehicle mode. In “Atlantis, Arise!” the Decepticons discover the lost city of Atlantis, and team up with the Atlantians to invade Washington DC!
More Transformers goodness abounds as we witness Spike meet his future wife, Ironhide quit the Autobots, and Cliffjumper believe Mirage to be a traitor.

Wrapping up the first season of The Transformers, we are introduced to 2 new Decepticon teams. Believe it or not, in “Plague of the Insecticons,” we are introduced to the Insecticons. And in “Heavy Metal War,” the Constructicons make their debut, as well as the first Transformers Combiner, Devastator.
It’s back to a normal length episode this week as we pick up from the end of last week’s episode for a “Countdown to Extinction,” then we go back to watch a skipped episode introducing 2 more Dinobots in “War of the Dinobots.”
In this special, extra-length, episode, we are watching the 3-part “The Ultimate Doom!” Megatron plans to bring Cybertron into Earth’s orbit in order to collect the energy generated by all of the natural disasters. Meanwhile, he also utilizes Dr. Arkeville’s Hypno-Chip to create human slaves, including Spike’s dad, Sparkplug!
