Just One of the Guys Episode #158

The Judd Winick run meanders on in the Green Lantern books, as this week on Just One of the Guys we take a look at issue 158, the lazily titled “Away From Home” story. But unlike the issue a few months back that dealt with Kyle on the thinly veiled Israeli/Palestinian conflict planet, this one deals with Kyle on a planet where a race of strip miners have encountered a bunch of rock creatures who are attacking their cities for no apparent reason except that they are not fond of hydraulic fracturing. And only Jenny and Kyle can put a stop to the evil-doers. But who is the bad guy, the attacking creatures or the colonizing aliens? And is Winick and company delivering their best work, or are they just coasting through these issues?
