It can’t have escaped your notice that DAREDEVIL – The Man Without Fear has turned 50 this year, what with all the hoopla and celebrations Marvel have been throwing at us. Wait. You mean that hasn’t been ANY hoopla or celebrations? Other than a new number 1 but that’s no big deal anymore. OK then – we’ll put the show on right here. Micheal and Andrew celebrate 50 years of acrobatic daring and serial womanising with the dapper dan of the super hero set. See crusading lawyer kill off his alter ego, swinging Mike Murdock in #41. Watch as he defends a Vietnam Vet in one of the most underated Silver Age comics in #47. Marvel at the televised fight with Bullseye (admit it – we all had a copy on video) in #146 and be gobsmacked at the blatant attempts to curry favour with readers by featuring a tie in to a successful TV show when he fights the Hulk in #163.
