Paul, Andy, and Shawn continue their trek (wow, an overused pun already in the show notes?) through the second season of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine as they take a look at the second episode of the second season, “The Circle”. With political tensions heating up on Bajor, a beliguered Commander Sisko does his best to deal with the removal of Major Kira from her post at DS9, while Kira herself has to deal with feelings of uselessness in her new liason position on the planet. Luckily Vedak Berial is there to “comfort her” in ways only a hunky man of faith can. Plus we get the return of Louise Fletcher as the sardonic Vedak Winn who secretly has backed Minister Jaro in his attempts to take control of the government. But are Jaro’s intentions just, or is he a puppet of the Cardassians? You’ll only be able to find out after you download the show and take some time…to LISTEN TO THE PROPHETS.
