In the final episode of Andrew’s look at the Lee/Ditko Spider-Man run, the creators seem to run out of steam as Spider-Man faces some mediocre villains and the scripting takes the piss. It’s the end of the road for the finest creative team to ever work on the character but no time for maudlin sentimentality – it’s one last chance to revel in the genius that was Steve Ditko and Stan Lee.
