Hey, you waited like two years, what’s one extra day?
——————————————————–
By popular demand and at the insistence of their publicist (and there might be a court order in there somewhere) Scott H. Gardner and Michael R. Bailey have brought back Tales of the Justice Society of America!
Yes, indeed, ladies and gentlemen, Scott and Mike have returned. After a nearly two year hiatus and a couple of false starts the guys have gotten their act together and are once again talking about the adventures of the heroes from Earth-2. This time out they spend a good portion of the episode talking about the hiatus and the various attempts they have made to get the show going again. They also talk about the history of the show for those that are just discovering it.
Once all that stuff is out of the way the guys get their feet wet with an installment of the newly minted Origins of Crisis on Infinite Earths. Scott and Mike have no idea how many of these there will be or if they will ever do it again but for the moment we’ll assume that there will be more of these sorts of episodes. The guys reach all the way back to 1965 and discuss Green Lantern #40! In that issue Alan Scott and Hal Jordan team up and then try to beat the snot out of each other all because of some guy named Krona. This issue is integral to not only the history of the DC Multiverse but also to Crisis on Infinite Earths as a story! The real question is this; was this book any good? Was it bad? Were there things they could poke fun at? The answer to those questions and more are locked within this episode!
Tales of the Justice Society of America Presents — Crisis Management: Episode #4! Join your pals Michael Bailey and Scott H. Gardner as they talk about everything BUT the issue […]
