The evil Dark Specter plans to take over the universe with his Alliance of Evil, but a mysterious Red Ranger overhears these plans and escapes. While Astronema, Princess of Evil, tracks him down, he meets up with the former Turbo Rangers. Can our heroes work together to save the universe?
