The Man of Screen Podcast Episode 182 – The Adventures of Superboy: The Bride of Bizarro

In Episode 182 of the Man of Screen podcast, Mike Zummo begins his coverage of season 3 of the Salkind-produced Superboy television series and that brings us new big changes.

First, a little bit of rebranding as the show is retitled, “The Adventures of Superboy”. We get a new opening sequence with an opening narration. We get a city to call home, “Capitol City”. And we are introduced to the Bureau for Extranormal Matters.

And then were going to get into our episode with a couple of familiar faces. No recastings. Two new characters and two familiar villains. Well see Lex, well see Darla and well also have Bizarro. And he wants what the rest of us want. He wants someone to love.

And Lex is going to provide it. He just has to do one thing. Kill Superboy.

And Bizarro needs this so much that theyre going to need two episodes to tell this story.

So, who will be “The Bride of Bizarro”?
