Nothing fancy this week, folks. Here once again Magnus was unable to get together again with Chris Honeywell to talk about Weird Stuff.

Because of that, enjoy some Buffy the Vampire Slayer commentary! The spotlight falls on The Zeppo from the awesome third season of Buffy.

Is there more to say here? Maybe. But Uncle Magnus is tired after work and then moving into a new home. You'll deal. And be happy none of this caused a delay.

What a wonder a woman is in this world today. Do you wonder about a women? Do you think the woman wonders about you? The wonder. Woman! Whoa man! Wooaaahhh Man!!! (Thanks, Mike Meyers.)

Are you wondering what women we are wondering about? Some are wondering about Women. We know Maggie Sawyer does, but shes not here this month.

Whats with all the wonder and women you ask? Well, lets say that Tim Elliott and Brian Hughes are wondering about the same thing everyone else has been wondering about these last few weeks: How does she keep THEM in that metal bustier?

Who? You ask. Why Wonder Woman! And we will get you an authoritative answer to that very bustier question in our latest, greatest episode of 3rd Degree Byrne as Tim and Brian lasso John Byrnes Wonder Woman #101. That is right. Byrnes first issue of his near three year run is being put through the 3rd Degree Byrne gauntlet, and we pull no punches.

We continue our “Year of Firsts” by getting back on track after our little EGO trip last month (See what I did there?) by going to Byrnes first Wonder Woman to see how the man treats the first lady of comics.

***SPOILER WARNING*** Brian and I discuss specific plot points of Logan in the first 30 min of the show.

A link to trade paperback of Byrne's Wonder Woman ssues at Amazon. Please go visit through the Two True Freaks Amazon link.

On episode 69 of the Man of Screen podcast, its the end of an era as Mike Zummo is joined by Bob Fisher to wrap up coverage of The Adventures of Superman.

With no episodes to cover, the boys turn toward a summary of the show, where they talk about its place in Superman history and they take a look at what really ended the series.

The death of George Reeves.

Theyll take you through the possibilities of what happened to the star of the show. Was he murdered? Was it suicide? Was it an accident? Well probably never know.

All that and a look at “Hollywoodland”.

And then, maybe theyll tell you what character they thought benefitted the most from the show.

Next time: The show is taking a bit of a break after this episode but come back on Aug. 1 for coverage of the two unaired pilots made next, “The Adventures of Super Pup” and “The Adventures of Superboy”.

On episode 12 of Man of Screen Extra, four men will gather around a microphone and talk about the first successful female-driven superhero film in modern history.

Aaron Henley, Scott McGregor and Bob Fisher will join Mike Zummo to discuss the latest DCEU release, WONDER WOMAN, starring Gal Gadot and directed by Patty Jenkins.

The film has been well received, but has it been as well received by our panel hear. You are just going to have to listen to find out what they thought of the Themyscira, London, the depiction of World War I and the wondrous warriors?

And how well does this film fit into the existing DCEU?

PODCASTER GENERAL WARNING: This episode contains spoilers for “Wonder Woman”. Seeing the film before listening is recommended.

Next time: There are no immediate plans for the next Man of Screen Extra. See the Facebook group or Twitter for updates.
